Pegasus Sport Horses is a private facility featuring the highest- quality horse care, a brand new state-of-the-art barn, and all the amenities necessary for the event or dressage horse and rider.

Owned and operated by active riders with a true passion for horses, Pegasus is designed with the well-being and comfort of the horse and rider in mind.

BARN

  • Climate-controlled, fully-matted barn

  • Climate-controlled lounge with microwave, fridge, sink, Keurig, & tack cleaning station

  • 2 boarder tack rooms with stations for each horse

  • Hot & cold wash bays/crosstie areas

  • Blanket storage

  • Barn fly spray system & use of fly predators

  • Washer use available (except blankets)

  • Professionally-monitored fire system

  • Seasonally cleaned & pressure washed

  • Outdoor wash bays with shade sail

  • Detached indoor bathroom

  • Proper exits kept clear

PROPERTY

  • Chat gravel walkways & driveways for safety

  • Electric gate for convenience & safety

  • Approved horse trailer parking (at your own risk)

  • Access to fields & trails

  • Small family-like atmosphere with no-drama policy

    • Kids allowed; safe places for them to play

  • 24/7 eyes on horses

    • Owners notified if issues seen with your horse

  • Extended hours, open on holidays

  • Knowledgeable owner and manager to recognize a situation that would need addressing

    • Direct access to contact owner with any questions, comments, concerns, or brainstorming – always happy to talk about your horse’s care

ARENAS

  • Large jump arena & full-sized dressage court

    • All-weather footing

    • Gazebo for viewing

  • 70x170 indoor arena

    • Mulch footing

    • Viewing balcony

  • 60' round pen with all-weather footing

  • All groomed frequently (minimum weekly)

OUTDOOR

  • Full-time/exclusive pasture turnout

  • Weekly pasture dragging for parasite life cycle disruption

  • Properly maintained wood & no-climb fencing with electric

  • 3-sided sheds in pasture board turnouts

FEED

  • Free-choice premium tested & certified grass hay with slow feed nets

    • In stalls and fields

  • Diatomaceous Earth added to grain for parasites & health benefits

  • Electrolyte administration when temps drop

  • Monthly sand clear (owner provided) in summer

MAINTENANCE

  • Annual coggins required

  • Routine vet care mandatory

  • Vet-monitored parasite management to ensure proper & minimal chemical protocols

  • Pests professionally managed by pest control company

ADDITIONAL PERKS

  • Monthly coordination for massage and orthobionomy therapies

  • Coordination of farrier and vet when ours are used

  • Coordination of blanket washing and repair after winter (not mandatory)

  • New boarders interviewed to ensure good fit

  • Option to work off board if right fit & positions available
